Founded in 1889 as the Payette Cider and Vinegar Works, Golden Valley Vinegar has been in the Fairchild family since 1970. We press whole, juice-grade Washington State apples, never from concentrate, and ferment on-site at our hilltop facility in Fruitland, Idaho. The result ships raw, unfiltered, and at full strength to customers across the country and around the world.
